I like to use wordsearches as warm-ups. You can either use it just as it is or erase the given hidden words and students will look for them on their own. In the second case, before giving the handouts out, ask students to think about words that are logically connected to the topic of summer holiday. Write their suggestions on the blackboard. Such a list will help weaker students to complete the task, too.
