Caramel Shortcakes
I used this worksheet about caramel shortcakes to teach vocabulary and measures.
I asked students to change the measures of the ingredients in ounces into grams and then for the recipe to fill the blank with words listed below.
Of course at the end of the lesson we taste them (homemade if possible or bought).
