Hi :) I tried to prepare a worksheet which can be used while teaching Past Simple and Past Continuous. The students are given a short story about a robbery at a bank. After reading and examining the story, they are asked to create a similar scenario which is about a robbery. The students are also given some question which may be directive for them. This activity certainly will help them to practice both tenses via using imagination.
Ps. The idea does not belong to me. I tried to simplify the story to make it clear and easy for my elementary students and change some questions.
