This is a worksheet for a movie Hot Rod (2007). It was designed for students with a low English level. First I introduce to the students some key words, like: stuntman, stepfather, heart transplant (I use a Ppt for that, I uploaded it here as well). Then I show them selected scenes (00:00-21:06 , 25:53-28:10 , 36:37-39:40) and after having watched them they should be able to complete the worksheet. I used it for my middle school kids with a very low English level and it worked pretty well. For very low English levels (like my middle school :P) you should definitely download subtitles in the native language of the students. I hope you will find it useful.
