Students complete gapfill of missing song lyrics using I shouldn't have, I should have, I could've etc. Then listen to the song and and check their answers. Have used this successfully with CAE adult students. I let them work out which words should go in the gaps. They found it very challenging and having listened to their feedback I've amended this to give students the words beforehand.
