This is a great sample worksheet for the discussion method "World Café". I used it to introduce 11th graders (16-17 years old) to the topic and activate previous knowledge. After the discussion round you can add a listening exercise, using David Crystal's videoclip "World Englishes", which is available on Youtube. Have fun!
