I use this PPT to practise speaking with all kind of students, although it is better to use it with skilled students. Whenever I do this activity in class the students have great fun when they see very strange things appearing, but the most important thing is that they speak English all the time. First they describe what is in the picture, then they try to guess what it is. It is funny to listen to their guesses. I think it is a good activity to speak in an entertaining way.
