This is a group work for 4-5 intermediate/upper intermediate students of EFL (tried out in Austria). The group work will help students revise the structure of a "typical" pro/con essay in English.
Students get togehter in groups and will have to build a pro and a con paragraph on the topic of "Living forever". The paragraphs should be "built" the following way: topic sentene - supporting arguments - closing phrase.
You'll have to cut up and mix the strips of paper beforehand, so it won't be too easy for the students. After arranging the sentences into paragraphs, students should write the intro and conclusion of the essay.
