This document is useful to business English (ESL) as a second language teachers to help assess their student's goals and needs. It should be used as the start of classes so the teacher can better understand what their student actually wants to learn. It is also useful to keep a copy of this document for later review, so that students can see how their confidence and knowledge have grown.
