Song Worksheet: Hey Jude by The Beatles [Imperatives]
I used this song in order to elicit the imperative form. First I played an order game where sts have to give orders to each other and explain the different uses of the imperative. Once I elicited and drilled the target language I played the song.
I removed all the imperative forms and then placed all the verbs in the activity below the lyrics.
