The sheet contains a set of 30 cards (there are actually 2 sets per page) with common verbs. They can be used in many ways, mostly with elementary or pre-intermediate students, mainly:
1. To practise past simple / past participle form of regular and irregular verbs (there are 15 to 15); also 3rd sg person of present simple.
2. To practise making sentences in various verb tenses.
My particular example is: Each student takes 10 random verbs and makes past simple questions on "the last weekend", also using when, where, why, what, how, who and the like. Then, students in pairs take turns in asking and answering each other's questions.
Example: spend
Q: Where did you spend last Sunday?
A: I spent it in the garden with my family.
or: I didn't spend last Sunday at home. I was...
Hope your students will have as much fun as mine do! :)
