This activity is aimed at an able pre-intermediate group up to upper-intermediate. It talks about Valentine's Day traditions from around the world and introduces new vocabulary to students in form of a synonym activity. There is an opportunity to speak about different types of love such as 'unrequited' and 'unconditional love'. Depending on the ability of your class and how you utilise it, this will take 30-60 minutes. My group enjoyed it and I have added some notes which I hope will help.
