This is a worksheet for Intermediate conversation class students, but can be used for other groups as well. I divide the students into small groups depending on the size of the class, and get them to try and work out the answers to the quiz questions. The aim of the exercise is to try to encourage students to speak to each other only in English.(Easier said than done!) I act as a walking dictionary, this helps me to make sure they speak English as much as possible. Before giving them the key I have them discuss their answers openly with the rest of the class. In this way we practise agreeing and disagreeing with each other politely. But most of all we have some pre-Easter fun.
