Students love ipods, iphones etc. They seem inseparable these days. So why not do an activity that integrates this new technology. Students look at icons(Apps) and then find the sentence that best describes what they want to do. For example: You want to watch the latest action movie. They would select the App with the design associated to movies. As last task, they get to create their own App and say what they use it for. Great way to get your tweens and teens interested in reading and writing!
