I usually use this worksheet for beginner or elementary EFL students. Target language is vocabulary related to rooms, houses and furniture. Normally the 1st activity is to scan how many rooms there are in the house, where the rooms are ( upstairs or downstairs). The 2nd activity is to ask students to write down what furniture they can see in each room. Sometimes I can let my students to look at the picture for about 4' to remember all the items and then let them play the "memory game" by writing words on board.
