First ss write down a shopping list of the things they need to buy in order to cook pizza (here I insert a short shop assistant-customer role-play). Then they watch the video and make notes of the main points. The video is authentic, so the language might be difficult at times, but visual image helps to understand the main stages. Ss are then asked to produce a recipe of their own favourite pizza.
