It's a nice listening activity because it's got music but it isn't a song, it's spoken word style, so it's more authentic in terms of listening than with a song - stress, intonation, pronunciation, etc. This was designed for lower levels (Ele and PRe Int) so the easiest vocabulary was chosen for the gap fills but you can adapt it however you see fit. My students really liked it.
