I made this worksheet when my students were learning about inventions. They watch the video about 1001 inventions made by Arabs and fill in the blanks or answer the questions. After watching the video, you can have an open class discussion on the impact of these inventions on the modern world. After that put students into groups and have them research about their favourite inventors (from the video or otherwise) and then present their findings. One way to challenge students would be to have them write a paragraph about the invention in the passive form, since it works so well here. My students enjoyed watching it. They usually watch it more than once. Enjoy.
