This Powerpoint Presentation will help students get to know eight common idioms and their meaning. An idiom is presented with multiple choice options for its possible meaning. Your students can take turns trying to figure it out, and discuss their reasons for why they have made their choice.
This resource can be used in an online class, or a group quiz when introducing and reviewing idioms. Discussions can be one-on-one or in teams. This could be used as a platform for further games and/or discussion with your learners.
