This worksheet is the script of a video from videojug.
I usually start with a pre-listening brainstorming to list the ingredients of mayonnaise. I ask my students to identify specific pieces of information when listening to the recipe (number of steps, number of tips, full lists of ingredients and utensils, titles of steps, origin of the product....) Students are led to find out more and more details.
The script can easily be adapted to become a missing words exercise.
It is an interesting exercise to practise the imperative and passive forms.
The full address of the site is given in the worksheet.
