This worksheet contains some jokes for ESL students, to add some humour to your class, and also to look at some puns in English.
Works best with a higher level but can be good for Intermediate students upwards... an idea would be to split the class into groups, and cut the jokes into strips, assign a few jokes to each group, and have them read over the jokes, to make sure they understand it themselves, help students with any new words, and then get each group to rehearse their jokes, before they tell the jokes to the rest of the class. See you gets the biggest laugh! Have fun!! ( pre-teach any vocabulary you think they may need)
