This is a very simple activity for young learners that focuses on decoding CVC words and having students interact with each other. Pair the students and tell them that one student will have to write what his partner reads. In the meantime, have one sheet with CVC words outside the classroom. Give the pairs 5 minutes. One student reads the word, goes back inside the class and tells his partner. After 5 minutes swap roles and have another round with the second page.
