Hyphenated Modifiers
Some students are having difficulties in making a writing assignment with 'style'. I am giving a 'style' which can be used in writing. This lesson also helps my students to understand any reading passages. Sometimes it is a little hard to understand the subject of a sentence when it is this model. A hyphenated modifier is some words which explain a noun (so it can be called an adjective phrase). These are the examples of the hyphenated modifiers: 'a man-eating animal', an emotion-filled speech, etc.
