This is a very interactive way to introduce the topic of 'celebrities' to your ESL classroom, while integrating basic topics such as countries, nationalities and giving a reason for liking or admiring people. I used this power point presentation with my first grade students at a senior high school in Japan and they thoroughly enjoyed talking about their favorite celebrities. The first two slides display a few goals that you should be able to achieve at the end of the lesson, as well as the questions you should ask the students in an effort to elicit information about each celebrity. To begin the lesson, I used Ronaldinho as my example and I provided the answers to some of the questions if the students did not know them. At the end of the presentation, there is a slide which contains model answers that I used at the beginning of the presentation. I sure hope it helps!
